makr 2007-04-27 (updated 08-06-27): the usages I am aware of are:

• a tool to install the products on Unix systems, a little more detail is at Tcl based installers;
• a Natural related product uses Expect; and
• Adabas D has various tools written in Tcl/Tk.

But the list might be incomplete.
