Description:	Paul Obermeier's Portable Software utilities are a variety of interesting tools. They include poBitmap (manipulate X bitmaps), poDiff (compare two directories graphically), poImgdiff (compare two images side by side), poImgview (display images). All of these tools are included in a single Starpack. Paul also has his own image extension, some interesting patches to photo and glob, and precompiled Tcl for IRIX and Windows.
