Anyone who's ever had to navigate through the SourceForge bug tracker to track down a reference to "Tk bug #12345" will appreciate the "Jump directly to a project's bug or patch by number" form at http://tcl.sourceforge.net/ , which is much easier to use.

You need a Tcl binding to xpcom AFAIK. Beginnings are in a SF project I believe. Name is vague.
