st3ve is a heck of a guy.

He's done a bunch of stuff. Here's some of it:

• a pure-tcl CSS parser, which can be found here
• dllfix, which is useful if you're making Starkits on windows that have a bunch of external dependencies
• a pure-tcl BMP library, available here and also at pure-tcl BMP reader/writer
• Pokey the Penguin - I'm up to my eyeballs in coleslaw and pasta!
