OLD INFO --> I work for a company that writes software designed to control NC driven manufacturing tools including lasers, punch presses, water jets, and plasma burners. I have been with the same company for 13 years - since graduating from college.... ouch...
As the only tcl'er there, I have been single handedly trying to spread the gospel of tcl to all who will listen - with quite good success. We now have many tcl based utilities with bigger and better things on the way. Yeah, tcl!
UPDATE --> I have recently changed jobs (Dec-2003), and have found the new company to be very open to the use of tcl. That's good, because I really didn't want to have to find another new job... ;^)
I like to dabble with tcl in my spare time also. I have a passion for computer graphics and computer game design and just wish tcl was fast enough for serious game development... A few of my tcl game related efforts can be found on my home page -->
