Why is something that refers to a toolkit not used by the wiki, on the wiki? - RS: Why isn't everything seen on home shopping TV immediately bought by all viewers? :^)

LV While I don't understand the choice of this page title, or why the info is on this page rather than on the Mel's internet toolkit page, since the internet toolkit makes references as if it uses Tcl, then having pages about it on a tcl wiki makes sense to me. The wiki doesn't use most of the tcl packages that are discussed here...
